Oppo Find N-A New Foldable device
Ever thought about the possibility of a foldable iPad mini, which folds down into one iPhone mini? You can’t get the same thing. The closest thing could be the first foldable smartphone from an Oppo device – it’s the Oppo Find N.
The Find series is always about innovation that is disruptive with the new foldable Find N is yet another attempt at it. Its Find N takes a different approach to one of the more controversial aspects of foldable: the size and hinge.
Find N is a compact smartphone. As we said, it’s better described as a mini foldable tablet that folds up into the size of a smartphone. It’s constructed around a 7.1-inch Samsung-designed folding LTPO AMOLED display that has an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. Oppo’s unique Flexion hinge lets you enjoy a seamless design when folded and provides crease-free performance when folded.
The cover screen is 5.49-inch AMOLED that has very few bezels. The screen comes with a fixed time-of-flight of 60 Hz however. The cover and foldable screens are perforated, which is where the selfie cameras of their respective models are.
In its first version of this model, it’s the Oppo Find N serves as an excellent foldable smartphone which demonstrates how the category is growing at an accelerated rate.
It’s not a huge feat However, I have for the past few years, held nearly all phones that fold within my grasp. It was only in the last year that I’ve had a phone that folds, which provided me with conviction that these are devices that will last and work. Perhaps, I’ve had a phone that folds in my hands, which I believe is the most efficient version of this design to date.
